Please provide at least a week’s notice for catering orders. You can place orders in person or by phone at (301) 931-0086. Orders aren’t confirmed until payment is received, and no changes can be made within 24 hours of pick-up. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, but full payment is recommended to expedite pick-up. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your pick-up time.

FAQs: What is cold packed catering? We cook and assemble your dish the same way we always do, then properly cool it down and store it in the refrigerator until your pick-up time. When should I order cold packed catering? (i.e benefits to cold packed catering) Many of our menu items reheat well and if you’re short on time or don’t plan to serve the food right away or the same day, this is a good option for you! If you're short on time, our cold packed catering is perfect for people with large families or if you have a party coming up and that don’t want to deal with the hassle that comes with cooking. We’ll give you easy reheating directions for each dish you order. Conveniently reheat it when you need it! How long can I store the catering in my refrigerator? Cold-packed catering should be consumed within 3 days of pick-up. Proper food handling after picking up your order will also play a factor on how long the food will stay fresh for. Can I freeze my cold-packed catering if I don’t plan to serve it within 3 days? Yes. Before reheating your catering tray, you’ll have to completely thaw out the tray under refrigeration first.
